Kay, so the first thing you hafta do is go on a chat website.
If you have a yahoo account, then go on Yahoo Messenger.
Here are some steps to get to a chat room:
1. At the top left corner of Yahoo Messenger, there is a tab that says Messenger. Click it.
2. Scroll down to the words Yahoo! Chat. Click it.
3. Click Join A Room.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen, and click the link leading to the thingy that lets you join the room.
4. If you're looking to chat with girls, then you might want to click ';Romance.'; Or if you simply want to get to know them for mutual hobbies such as music, click Music, or any other point of interest. Click the little boxed plus-sign for more sub-categories, and choose which one you want.
If Yahoo! Chat doesn't work for you, which it rarely does for me, then go on a chat website. If you do not know which one, then simply google ';Free Chat Sites';, and choose the one you like.
Now, for the embarrassing part.
If you are inexperienced with the female species, then here are some tips.
1. Don't rush into the conversation by all of a sudden asking, ';Wanna grab some coffee this Saturday at Starbucks, 4:00 pm?'; Get to know the girl first.
2. Starting a conversation is all about the other person, not you. If she asks about you, you may answer, but try to keep the focus on her. We, as girls, love to feel special.
3. Please, DON'T talk about cars or how horny you are. We hate that.
4. Make us feel special.
