Well, of course I've never uh, done this, but I know that the fish could not stay alive in your stomach, because it is filled with hydrochloric acid! You most likely, would not feel it, like most food that you eat. After all, it's just like eating Salmon at a fancy restaurant, only the fish is alive. And, by the way, I'm American.
